  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The spice must have been purchased directly from Crack Spice Co. (purchases from third-party retailers are not eligible).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

How to Request a Refund

Damaged or Defective Items
