Free Shipping
We offer free Economy shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts). This applies to domestic U.S. orders only. For orders below $50, shipping rates are calculated based on weight and delivery speed as detailed below.

Domestic Shipping Options (U.S.)
All shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on order weight and selected service:

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days)
    • Orders $50.00 and up: Free
    • Orders 0 lb – 5 lb: $4.90
    • Orders 5 lb – 70 lb: $19.90
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days)
    • Orders 0 lb – 1 lb: $6.90
    • Orders 1 lb – 5 lb: $9.90

Carrier Services
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS: Discounted rates through Shopify, with calculated transit times based on your location. Multiple service options available at checkout.
  • DHL Express: Discounted rates through Shopify, with calculated transit times for faster delivery options.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 24 additional regions. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout via DHL Express (discounted rates through Shopify).

Note: Customers in some international markets may not be able to check out if their country/region is in an inactive market. To activate additional markets, we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities—stay tuned for updates! Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States and the listed international countries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via certain carriers—please check your options at checkout.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations or local laws. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you promptly.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check your tracking number (provided in the shipping confirmation email) for updates.
  • Contact us at info@crackspice.co with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
    We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please email us at info@crackspice.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund—no return required (see our Return and Refund Policy for details).
