Cajun Wings (Crispy, Oven or Air Fryer)
Cajun wings are the game-day MVP — crunchy skin, smoky-spicy Cajun flavor, and no deep fryer required. Oven or air fryer gets you shatter-crisp wings, and the flavor is all one Cajun seasoning.
This uses Dirty South Crack, our Cajun blend (paprika, cayenne, gumbo filé, garlic, white pepper).
Why they disappear off the platter
- Crispy without frying — oven or air fryer.
- One seasoning = bold Cajun flavor.
- Crowd favorite for game day or parties.

Total time: ~45 min oven / ~22 min air fryer. Serves 4.
Pro tips
- Baking powder + dry skin = crispy wings without a fryer. Don't skip.
- Use a rack in the oven so air circulates.
- Toss in butter after for that sticky-crisp finish.
Dips
- Cajun ranch — ranch + a pinch of Dirty South Crack.
- Blue cheese to cool the heat.
FAQ
